Inception Support Ltd We have a new website!  Not only that, but we have a new colour scheme and product too!

After too long, the Inception Support website has had a much-deserved facelift and now very much reflects who we are as a business and our approach to helping our customers.

It’s been a long process, and certainly one that’s been far longer than I originally thought.  After all, it’s ’only’ the website… Right??  It’s amazing what’s involved as you try to decide on the message that we want to communicate, the colour scheme, the text that goes on each page, how the pages are laid out, the number of pages we want…. the list is almost endless.  This has been a labour of love for several months and we’re very happy for the new site to be here.

This is now the 4th iteration of the Inception Support website and looking back at previous versions via the Wayback Machine (https://web.archive.org/) it’s interesting to see how the business has developed over the years from a primarily break-fix model with the odd hardware upgrade to the Apple-recognised Managed Service Provider it is today.  Back when Inception Support started in 2017, we didn’t offer anywhere near the services that we now do and when I made a list, it was quite a surprise!

  • Systems upgrades and installations
  • Microsoft 365 Cloud Backup
  • Threatdown Endpoint Protection
  • Keeper Password Management

We have a new IT Consultancy service coming soon, and potential clients can join our waiting list here: https://inceptionsupport.com/services/it-consultancy/.  This new service was born out of the knowledge that many of the people we talk to don’t want to commit to an ongoing service agreement without getting to know us and how we work first – but how could we do that?

Well, it turns out to be surprisingly straightforward:  For a fixed fee, we perform a top-to-bottom review of a client’s IT setup based on 5 pillars: Hardware and Local Infrastructure, Cloud Services Adoption, Cyber Security Fundamentals, Device Management and IT Support & Strategic Alignment.  Based on our findings, the client will then have a clear understanding of where they are with their IT and we can work together to find out where they want to go.
